Ongoing Projects: A Busy Summer Ahead!
The Exo Construction team is hard at work on several sites this summer:

SUM 20: Located in the heart of Chelsea's Quartier Meredith, this 40-unit development by Cargo was imagined to harmonize with the natural landscape and vibrant identity of the local community. Our team is hard at work bringing this vision to life!

Les Jardins du Littoral: Many semi-detached homes have now been sold, and some are under construction. A few units are still available!

Nicolet: Another development project by Cargo, this 17,000 ft² multi-unit residential project in the Hull area is progressing rapidly. We're thrilled to be working on a project that will optimize urban land use while contributing to Gatineau's housing supply.

Hendrick Farm: We continue to build a variety of classic single-family homes and townhomes in this renowned Chelsea neighbourhood. We’ll be starting construction on two more sets of townhouses after the construction holiday, so keep an eye out for those!
